"The Spirit in Me"
Two exciting workshops for children: one course for ages 6 - 12 and another for groups ages 13 - 16. Participants explore and celebrate who they are, and who they are becoming!
Would you like your child to discover and connect to the spirit that exists within?
Then this program is for them!
We will explore:
- How spirit shows up in multiple ways - through colors and drawings, music and nature walks, with animals, or in sports and dance.
- The concept of energy - how they can work with their own energy, and how to disconnect from negative energies.
- The essence of LOVE and how that feels to them; when they feel connected to the power of love, and when they do not, and why.
- A collage that depicts what they want their life to look like
- Guided meditations that they will interpret through art and discussion
- Nature Walks to explore what mother nature means to them
- A BOOK designed and created by the child who will be guided by their spirit, including transcribed interview with the child, that will be their keepsake for life.
