"The Magnificent Power In Me"
Educator and Reiki Healer Lisa O'Malley has created two exciting workshops for children: one course for ages 6 - 12 and another for groups ages 13 - 16.
Children are very different today, with new behaviours, gifts and abilities. This day is designed to help them find new ways to understand and express what makes them unique in a light and fun way. It will help build self-esteem and self-confidence. They will leave with a new awareness of who they are and the gifts they have for the world.
During the day we will be playing with:
- Guided meditation
- Collage making
- Transformational story telling
- Sharing thoughts and ideas
